Functional Status Evaluations

As a veteran myself, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the disability claims process. I experienced the frustration of long wait times, brief examinations, and evaluations that did not fully capture the functional impact of my condition. Like many veterans, I struggled to translate daily limitations into objective information that could be clearly understood within a formal review process.

Through persistence, multiple high-level reviews, and successful appeals, I learned how critical measurable, functional evidence can be. I also learned that narrative letters alone often do not fully demonstrate how a condition affects real-world performance.

I have personally invested significant time and financial resources seeking documentation that accurately reflected my lived experience. Ultimately, what made the difference was objective, performance-based data that demonstrated how my condition impacted my daily function.

As a licensed occupational therapist, I now provide comprehensive, neutral functional evaluations designed to measure real-world performance — endurance, reliability, work tolerance, and activity limitations. My goal is not to influence outcomes, but to ensure that veterans have access to clear, objective data that accurately reflects their functional status.

We do not charge ongoing fees or promise specific results. Instead, we provide thorough, evidence-based evaluations that give veterans measurable information they can use to navigate their claims process with greater clarity and confidence.
